We offer pickups from selected locations in Hobart. Your confirmation email will include your designated pickup location and departure time.
We require at least 24 hours' notice for a full refund. We understand that travel plans can change and will always do our best to accommodate amendments where possible. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions or contact our team for further information.

We offer a range of tours specifically designed for cruise ship passengers. As our standard day tours operate on fixed schedules, we cannot delay departures if cruise ship arrival times change. We recommend booking one of our cruise ship-friendly tours, and our team will be happy to help you find the best option for your schedule.
If your ship's schedule changes, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate any adjustments where possible, however this may depend on tour availability and timing.
Yes. When you book two or more eligible day tours in a single order, you'll receive 15% off your entire booking total, with the discount applied automatically at checkout.
The amount of walking varies between tours. Most tours involve light to moderate walking on a mix of paved paths, boardwalks, and natural trails. Walking requirements are outlined on each tour page.
Our tours operate in most weather conditions. Tasmania is known for experiencing four seasons in one day, so we recommend bringing suitable clothing. In the event of severe weather that impacts a tour, we will contact guests directly.
Tasmania is home to an abundance of native wildlife. While wildlife sightings cannot be guaranteed, many of our tours provide excellent opportunities to spot animals in their natural habitat. Our Hobart Highlights Tour also includes a visit to a wildlife sanctuary, where you'll have the chance to see some of Tasmania's most iconic native species up close.

Yes. Many of our guests are retirees and mature travellers. Our tours include regular comfort stops and comfortable transport. Walking requirements are outlined on each tour page so you can choose the tour that best suits your needs.

Our day tours are operated in comfortable, small-group vehicles with a capacity of 2 to 24 passengers, ensuring a more personal and enjoyable experience.
We recommend bringing comfortable walking shoes, a waterproof jacket, sunscreen, a hat, a water bottle, and a camera. Tasmania's weather can change quickly, so dressing in layers is always a good idea.
Small bags and backpacks are welcome. If you are travelling with larger luggage, please contact us prior to booking so we can advise whether we can accommodate it.

We recommend booking as early as possible, particularly during summer and peak travel periods, as many tours sell out in advance.
